Sr Vicky How
Founder & CEO
Sr Vicky How is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Propedia Group. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Property Management & Investment and Master in Finance from the United Kingdom. Vicky How has always had an entrepreneurial spirit in her, starting her first online business in the UK while she was still an undergraduate.
Upon returning to Malaysia, Sr Vicky How started her real estate business and grew it into a group of companies – Real Estate Sales, Real Estate Management and Property Investment Training, Interior Design & Built. Her vision is to create a diversified business industry portfolio under the group which later ventured into the health and wellness industry.
Her great sense of business and success is acknowledged by the numerous awards that she has received. She has been awarded The Golden Phoenix Entrepreneur Award (2016), Elegante International Business Award (2017), The Most Outstanding Agent (2018) by StarProperty Malaysia and The Queen Of Real Estate (2019) by StarProperty Malaysia, Consumer’s Choice Award (2022).
As CEO, Sr Vicky How takes the lead in managing the businesses within the group, with the vision of creating a successful and sustainable business ecosystem.
Glavin Singh
Partner & COO
Glavin Singh is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Propedia Group. He graduated with a Diploma in Maritime Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Maritime Studies from Singapore. In 2012, Glavin moved from Singapore to Malaysia to pursue his entrepreneurial dreams.
Glavin Singh has working and business experience in multiple industries – Maritime, F&B, EduTech, Transportation and Automotive. His most notable experience in Malaysia would be his involvement in Uber Malaysia’s setup and growth. Being one of the first Fleet Partners of Uber, Glavin was part of Uber’s significant market share and product growth in Malaysia. Glavin joined Vicky How in 2018 as a business partner with a vision of establishing a scalable and diversified business portfolio by combining both their experiences and expertise.
Together with Sr Vicky How, Glavin Singh has been involved with the expansion of the existing businesses within the group and the launch of new business ventures. As COO, Glavin Singh plays an important role in managing the day to day administrative and operational functions of the group.
